This is a very difficult task since there is a lot of information to display in the printout, although I can provide some tips that may help.įirst, you should remove some columns from the task list by right clicking on the header bar and unchecking all unnecessary columns. It seems that the problem is that the Gantt chart can be printed but there is no way to 'shrink' the results to fit onto one page. This can be performed by clicking the Gantt tab in the Plan Manager and clicking on the Print action in the manage section.
In addition, there is currently only one way to print a project's Gantt chart.
You are correct that the Web Print View does not include the Gantt chart, and that you can export to MS Project.
